Requesting A Return: Please log in or create a customer account using the following link - customer account you can then select the item you would like to return and our friendly team will send you a free returns label.
You have 14 days from when the product was delivered to you to submit a return request, once you have received the label we ask you post your items back to us within 7 days.
We aim to process returns within 7 days and refunds will be by the way of original payment.
Until your return reaches our warehouse it is your responsibility so please ensure it is packaged correctly to avoid postal damage and please retain proof of postage.
We cannot process refunds for lost or damaged goods.
We don’t accept returns after the outlined returns period.
