Christmas Returns Policy

We’ve extended our returns policy for Christmas 2024. Orders placed between 21 November 2024 and 20 December 2024 can be returned to us up until 15 January 2025, please refer to the Standard Returns Policy bellow for all terms and conditions. 

Orders placed after 20 December 2024 are subject to our Standard Returns Policy timeframes outlined below.

Standard Returns Policy

Changed your mind? No problem!

We’re happy to accept returns as long as the item is:

  • In its original condition with all tags attached.
  • Unworn, unused, and free from any odors.
  • In a saleable condition.

This policy doesn’t affect your statutory rights.

Please note: Items sent without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Discounts and Non-Refundable Items

  • Discounts applied to orders are conditional on the total order value. If returning an item reduces the order value below the discount threshold, the discount will no longer apply. Refunds will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the original price of the items retained.
  • Please note that gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned for cash.

Timing

  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
  • Once you receive the label, please ship the item(s) back within 7 days.

Note: We cannot process refunds for lost or damaged items or items sent after the return period.

 


Free UK Returns

  • We offer free tracked 48-hour UK returns.
  • All items must be returned together in one parcel using the free shipping label provided.
    • Additional parcels (if still within the return period) will be at your own expense.

International Returns

  • We do not offer free international returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Requesting a Return

  1. Log in or create a customer account here.
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. You'll receive a free returns label via email.
  4. Print the label, package your items securely, and drop off your parcel with your local carrier

Your Responsibility

  • Ensure the parcel is securely packaged to prevent damage.
  • Retain proof of postage until we confirm receipt.

Processing

  • Returns are processed within 7 days of receipt.

 


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Note: Refund processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
