Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy
We hope you love your purchase, but if it’s not quite right, we’re here to help! You can return your item as long as it meets the following criteria:
✅ In original condition with all tags attached.
✅ Unworn, unused, and free from any odors.
✅ Saleable condition—ready for a new home!

🔄 Exchange for a different item (since all our pieces are one of a kind, exchanges for a different size are not available).
💳 Store Credit, perfect for finding something else you love.
💰 Refund to your original payment method.
How to Return:
- You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
- Once you receive your return label, please ship the item(s) back within 7 days.
- You can instantly purchase a pre-paid return labels directly through our returns portal for hassle-free returns.
Processing & Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
- Refunds, store credits, or exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Your Responsibility:
📦 Ensure the parcel is securely packaged to prevent damage.
🧾 Keep proof of postage until we confirm receipt of your return.
🚚 Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Please Note:
- We cannot process refunds for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping, or for items returned after the return period has passed.
- If the item you received is damaged or not as described, please use our returns portal and include a photo of the damage. We’ll review the issue and assist you in resolving it.
International Returns:
- We accept international returns! The policy and process are the same—just purchase a pre-paid return label through our returns portal and follow the steps above.
Discounts & Non-Refundable Items:
- If returning an item reduces your order value below a discount threshold, the discount will no longer apply. Refunds will reflect the original price of the items you keep.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned for cash.
This policy doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
