Changed your mind? That’s cool… As long as the item is still in the original condition with our swing ticket still attached we will accept your return subject to the below conditions; These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Christmas Returns Policy
We’ve extended our returns policy for Christmas 2024. Orders placed between 21 November 2024 and 20 December 2024 can be returned to us up until 15 January 2025, please refer to the Standard Returns Policy bellow for all terms and conditions.
Orders placed after 20 December 2024 are subject to our Standard Returns Policy timeframes outlined below.
Standard Returns Policy
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days from when the product was delivered to you to return the product to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can submit a request here If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Requesting A Return: Please log in or create a customer account using the following link - customer account you can then select the item you would like to return and our friendly team will send you a free returns label.
You have 14 days from when the product was delivered to you to submit a return request, once you have received the label we ask you post your items back to us within 7 days.
We aim to process returns within 7 days and refunds will be by the way of original payment.
Until your return reaches our warehouse it is your responsibility so please ensure it is packaged correctly to avoid postal damage and please retain proof of postage.
We cannot process refunds for lost or damaged goods.
We don’t accept returns after the outlined returns period.
