Job Title: Website Merchandising Assistant

Location: Manchester - Vintage Folk Warehouse

Hours: Full time (36 hours per week)

About Us:

At Vintage Folk, our mission is to make sustainable fashion accessible by curating high-quality vintage pieces from premium brands at affordable prices. We're looking for a detail-oriented and driven individual to join our team as a Website Merchandising Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input product details (e.g., descriptions, prices, sizes, gender, and condition notes) into Google Sheets for each vintage item.
  • Identify and accurately note any damages or flaws in products.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain high listing efficiency and meet weekly targets.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy in data entry.
  • Photograph products and upload images onto Shopify.
  • Assist with inventory organisation and fulfilling online orders.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel with the ability to navigate formulas and ensure accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including strong English language proficiency and accurate spelling.
  • Comfortable receiving and providing feedback to support both individual and company growth.
  • A motivated, self-driven attitude to meet and exceed listing targets.
